1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate account and subscriber-line information and keep passwords and outbound PINs confidential. Do not share the account login. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and phone profiles.

2. Lawful calling and recording

You may use CallExhibit only when the call, recording, disclosure, retention, and later use are lawful for every relevant jurisdiction. A product setting cannot determine every participant's location or replace legal advice. You must not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, evade calling restrictions, or record communications unlawfully.

3. Service operation

CallExhibit depends on mobile carriers, telephone networks, SIP providers, hosting services, email delivery, and customer configuration. Conditional forwarding, caller identity, audio quality, and delivery timing can vary. The service is not an emergency service and must not be used to contact 911 or another emergency number.

4. Evidence records

CallExhibit preserves available recordings and call metadata but does not certify that a call was lawful or unlawful, identify a responsible party, guarantee admissibility, or promise a legal outcome. Keep exported copies of any material needed beyond the account's retention period.

5. Plans, usage, and future billing

Included and promotional minutes reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Connected calls are rounded up to the next whole billable minute. Plans may include storage and retention limits. Payment collection is disabled during the current beta. Trials do not convert automatically; paid service requires a separate customer plan choice, acceptance of paid terms, and customer-completed payment setup before any charge can occur.

6. Privacy and support access

The Privacy Notice describes current data handling. Operator playback of customer recordings is disabled by default. A customer may share one specific call for support troubleshooting and revoke that access at any time, while authorized operators may still use account, routing, usage, and call metadata to operate and secure the service.

7. Suspension and termination

CallExhibit may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or prevent harm. During beta, either party may stop participation. Retention and deletion follow the applicable account policy and operational backup cycle.

8. Beta availability

The beta is provided for evaluation and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete features. Features, limits, and policies may change as the service is tested. Material changes will be reflected in a new version of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

The separate Recording and Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. It explains prohibited calling, identity, recording, and evidence-handling conduct in more detail.
